Questions owners ask us.

Does it work on all phones?

Yes. Most iPhones from the last several years and most Android phones can tap. Any phone with a camera can scan the QR code, and every item has one.

Is this allowed by Google?

Yes. Revu only invites reviews in neutral wording, never offers rewards for reviews, and follows Google's review policies. Customers leave whatever review they choose.

What happens if a tag breaks?

Message us on WhatsApp. Within 12 months, we replace it free. The QR code on the same item keeps working in the meantime.

Do I need to do anything technical?

No. We set up your Google Business Profile link, program every tag and show your staff how it works. You put the stand out.

How fast will I see reviews?

Reviews can start the day your stand goes out. How many depends on how many customers you serve and how often your team asks. We don't promise a set number, but your dashboard shows exactly what's coming in.
